Asharqia Chamber organizes a training program entitled "Excellence and Creative working" that would be hosted by the Chamber Branch in Khafji Governorate on Monday 19 November 2018 from 5pm to 9pm.
The three-day program is aimed at providing the participants with skills needed to raise the efficiency of work through excellence and thinking in innovative ways in dealing with the daily challenges.
The program reviews different training styles, including scientific theories, practical exercises, workshops and intensive activities.
Several topics are going to be discussed including levels, characteristics and constraints of creativity, effective methods of communication skills in work environments (patterns of managers and employees), planning skills and the manufacture of strategic objectives (models of planning to achieve excellence in performance), and the model of analyzing the occurring and expected challenges and problems.
It also discusses the five pillars of job creativiting, the ethics of working in different environments and linking them to the actual work environment, and best practices in increasing production and quality of work.
